Which Lumix should I buy? All my camera's are letting me down!!!!!!

I shoot vlogs in a moving car. I mount my cameras.

G7 Panasonic. - Suddenly after about 4 / 5 years of use is dropping focus too much on 4k video! It feels broken.

G85 Panasonic - Is not so bad on dropping focus, hardly ever. But when mounted shows bumps more! I think this is because it is heavier... and more pressure on the mounting device.

Go Pro 9 - Does not show bumps so much.  Looks shocking in terms of clarity in lower / mixed light conditions.

1. Sell the G7 its probably giving up the ghost a bit?

2. Use a point and shoot in the vehicle, as lighter body will vibrate less? If so is there a point and shoot with a flip round screen or ap to use for framing?

3. Use a wider 7-14mm lens so any vibrations are less noticeable?

Appreciate any wisdom or thoughts?

You need an external vibration reduction device that is part of the mount, not the camera.

Camera and lens IS are designed to compensate for human-scale motion, not large vehicle movement. To compensate for that, you need an external rig that's been designed for that type of use.

I am not familiar with the options out there for this, but I am sure someone will be. You might want to look up some Vlogging technique forums and ask what they recommend for this.

Buy and OM-1. The IS is flat-out amazing, and its movie capabilities are very good, as is its autofocus. The video in Lumix cameras is better but not in any of the ones you have currently. Depending on what you're doing with it may OM-1 video may be plenty good enough. All of that, and OM Solutions is making great strides in high-quality video. Just my two cents.

my friends shoot amazingly stable videos when mounted on vehicles using the latest iPhones, but even they are migrating towards using stabilized cymbals for bumpy roads!

You are asking  IBIS to do something that it is incapable of. The bumps from the potholes that I navigate daily far exceed what the IBIS on my O. E-M5 III can compensate. Consider a 1968 Cadillac Seville
