Is “Live Preview” on an iPad possible?

It’s been a few years since photography was more than a personal hobby, but I’m in the process of being pulled back in. The majority of my work in the past has been in the pageant industry - mostly headshots, some portfolios, and a smattering of on-stage and “crown” shots.
I’ll be working closely with my wife, and would like a way for her to view the images I’m capturing as I’m taking them. I’ve been using TikTok (of all things!) to catch up a bit with how the industry has progressed while I’ve been away, and I’ve seen a couple of photographers that have a tablet or laptop off to one side. Every time they take a photo, that photo is displayed full-screen on the tablet. Is this workflow possible for me?
My primary camera is a Fujifilm X-Pro3.  I would very much prefer to stick with it - I love my X-Pro3. I made the jump from Nikon to Fujifilm in 2016 - first with an X100s, then with an X-E2 when I decided I couldn’t live without interchangeable lenses. I got six years from my X-E2, and expect to get at least that from my X-Pro3. If I can’t make this workflow happen, I would consider getting a second Fujifilm body. I don’t think it would be worth it for me to jump ship to another brand at this point, though, and it certainly won’t be in a few months once I’ve indulged my desire to buy “all the glass.”
Does anyone here either have a setup similar to what I’ve described, or have ideas on how I can make it happen?

It can be, but I have not found a good or easy solution.

The Fuji remote app can do it, but the preview is small, partly because it works in vertical mode only, although they say Fuji is re-making the remote app at present.

Next is the Cascable remote app, because the image is landscape and bigger.

The Fuji app will connect via Bluetooth easily, for remote release - both Apps need a Wifi connection to stream the image. Good luck getting it to work.

Most users hate the Fuji app, but lately I find it connects more reliably than the Cascable App. For me both are too painful to be useful.

I expect the easiest, and most reliable is an HDMI cable to a small monitor, so not the iPad in this case. A cable works well from Fuji cameras. Cleaner image with the info display turned off too. I expect your camera has a micro hdmi socket.

Next is the CamRanger 2 device, although fairly expensive, and it has reduced features on Fuji cameras. I think it uses a USB cable to connect to the camera.

following this post I have a link to an HDMI transmitter for iPad, expensive, and it’s only a monitoring device, compared to the CamRanger.
Those are all I know of so far

USB tether to a laptop.

The last time I checked, the X-Pro3 had no HDMI port (unlike its predecessor), so I'm not sure how you'd send an HDMI out signal from the camera.

Yeah, this is the route I’m probably going to end up going.
