EGO video trial, SBS parallel

On mine, I noticed that the sensors are not aligned correctly, so I have to post process for this. Also, as the camera is panned, the light sensor will adjust the shutter/fstop and that causes a slight bright or dim flash as it changes. Not too noticeable unless you really have a bright day.  I found my old PowerDVD 19 will play full frame 3D, so that's helpful. I keep the focus on the landscape mode, which appears to be 3ft to infinity, and that works most of the time. I found you really have to boost the display brightness if you want to use this in bright sunlight. I had it set to inside light, and when I went into bright sunlight, the display went so dark, I couldn't see anything. I tried to change it, but forgot how. I spent about a half hour and finally figured it out...ouch. After that I got some good video, but that light flash gets to me. I don't see that on my gopro system 3+. Also, they originally said that the video would be 6-axis stabilized, but that was a scam. You have to use an iphone to post process the video to stabilize and it doesn't work for Android phones. Another downer.  Also, the audio is terrible, just not loud enough even at full volume control. The latest firmware is supposed to help that, but haven't used it yet, just downloaded it today. And you have to turn off wifi on your phone and mobile hot spot the camera to talk to it, and make sure the camera wifi is turned on.  The stills are nice, though. For serious 3D work, this camera just isn't quite there yet.

But resolution is only mediocre. Maybe too havy compression, at least.
