Budget phone with fast sensor read out speed?

Do you know where to find spec sheet of android camera sensor read out speeds?

Also shutter speed rang.

Iso range.

Sensor fast burst color depth and type (raw16, raw10, YUV, jpeg)

If the camera has lens shading correction profile in DNG, or only for jpeg.

If HedgeCam 2 works on that phone.

If 4k 30fps video is smooth.

Internal storage write speed.

Memory card write speed.

If you know some of the details for the phone you have, thats sub 250€, plz share this info.

Looks like my Nokia 6.1 charging is not working. Don't want to pay too much for new smartphone, we have 300% inflation.

I'm between OV64B and IMX766. The OV64B seems stronger for HDR. But IMX766 has 12bit raw.

Realme GT Master

Snapdragon 778G

Omnivision OV64B 6.5 mm x 4.9 mm

1/69262 – 35.1 s

Iso 50–6400

RAW10

Realme 9 Pro+

Dimensity 920

Sony IMX766 8.19 mm x 6.14 mm

1/15840 – 32.0 s

Iso 100-6400

RAW12

Most sensor manufacturers have sensor data rate in spec sheet. Let's say if it's 3Gb/s and 1 raw photo is 100Mb, then sensor scan speed is 1/30s?

Don't all manufacturers use the same photo sensors?

I recently bought a Motorola 1 5G, and just looked at gsmarena.com, however the sensor speed is not listed.

It's a quad camera that I got used for < $300. Do you know what the "depth" camera is for?
