Help: Fuji W3 3D movies on Samsung 3D TV

I have nearly a terabyte of 3D movies recorded with a Fuji W3 3D camera. There are about 1,300 videos. The Fuji manual says they are motion jpeg in an AVI container. I have them on a portable drive that I can attached to the Samsung 65" TV.

My problem is that each movie starts in 2D mode and I have to go to the menu for every video to switch to 3D viewing.

Bluray DVDs would take too many (25 gb each)

I can't find any way to set the TV to stay in 3D mode.

Any suggestions would be most welcome.

The situation may be related to TV.
On My TV (Passive LG 3D), if I enable the 3D mode, it will stay in 3D Mode until is disabled, no matter the content on screen.
