Fujifilm X100T image size

Hi, my x100t is spec’d at 16mp and has taken photos at that resolution in the past. However, lately, whatever the image settings, it will only take photos at a maximum resolution of 2mp. I’ve tried a factory reset without success. Anyone have any ideas as to a possible cause or is my camera simply broken?

How do you know the images are 2mp? How are you looking at the files? And how are you moving them?

Are you looking at raw or jpg?

The preview image in the raw file is 2mp.
