Led panels for small focus stacking studio

I have the stackshot focus stacking system and want to build a small permanent studio for it. I want to use Led lighting panels that can be dimmed and the colour temperature adjusted. They also have to be mains powered. I want to avoid using portable flashes, battery recharging issues and recycling times between shots. I would prefer known brands, bresser, metz, godox ect.

Does anyone have experience with such a setup.

Why dimming?  That significantly limits your choices, as does color temp adjustment.  You can "dim" just by moving panels further or closer.  Color temp you can address in post.

I'd focus more on color fidelity, and note that if you're doing true macro or beyond that panels won't give you much useful light, most of it will be spill.
