I shot on asp-c bodies for, hmm, about 15 years or so before getting my R5. 20D, 40D, 80D, 90D. I always felt like I wasn't using my L glass to it's full potential, with the sensor seeing less than 40% of what the lens could see. And the aps-c lenses were never really that great. I honestly can't believe that after 20 years people still consider the crop factor to be magnification (2003- Stop the Digital Multiplier Insanity )  Don't get me started on crop mode on the R5, looks like I sort of predicted that in 2003 🤣.
