Saturation settings (general) and Exposure Compensation X-S10

Hello Fuji users,
I am a new Fuji owner (since monday) an have the E-3, E-4 and since yesterday the S-10.
I know, I know, but it was such a terrific deal, so I jumped in
My two Pen-F had to go....
Anyway, after reading all the manuals (X-3 and X-4 are quite similar) I still can not find the right setting for the saturation. I  know, that they are countless so called recipes, but whre can I set the overall saturation. My A7RII and A7III have that settingt, all my Olympus had it, but seems not to be possible with the 3 Fujis mentioned above. Maybe I am just blind, but i still can not find the settings.
I just wand to tweak some of the film simulations (or create my own), which is almost desaturated regarding the colours.
How do I?

Second question - both the E-3 and E-4 have an exp. compensation dial. The E-10S has none. The right unnamed dial  offers exp. control in M-mode or when I override the settings and set it to exp. comp. instead of film simulations. But it does not work in A-mode. Clueless....
Is the any other way to make a preset using the same dial (or the jozstick) that will work in M-, A- and S-mode?
Thank you.

For reduced saturation you could use the classis chrome or Pro neg. std simulations.
for an overall change go to menu > image quality (I.Q.) > Color and change from 0 to a negative value.

It should be possible using the rear command dial. At least for me it works in Aperture prio mode. Only in M-mode it becomes a Shutter speed control (while in Shutter prio mode this control is on the front dial...)

Dare I say it, but you need to read the manual, all the information you require is in it. The X-S10 rear dial can definitely set exposure compensation in aperture priority mode, I use it all the time.

Dare I say, that it is easy, if You are a native english spoken person? Dare I say, that as a native Gulgarian, provided with a german manual and dealing with a camera (well, almost all 3) with a french menu (do not ask why, Amazon.de has a lot of offers with french menu ONLY) it is a challenging job to understand and find all the required setings. Do You tink, that all this is really so easy? Problem solved meanwhile, made a firmware update onto all 3 cameras, now I have English and German as a language choice, easy now.
Thank You non the less.

You can download an English manual. I wasn't being sarcastic, the manual really is the best place to start, modern cameras can be confusing. As a matter of interest, what is a 'Gulgarian'?

Probably very similar to a Bulgarian, but with a “G”.

Most manufacturers have options for downloading manuals in a variety of languages. It just takes a bit of research (and some patience).

Sorry, should be Bulgarian (from Bulgaria / Bulgarie, the lost country in Europe). And, yes, Your answer was really helpfull. After the firmware update all settings are available now (X-E3 and X-E4). In the german manual they talk about color intensity instead of saturation, so when You search the PDF-file, this will not come up (Sättigung is the german word for saturation). No idea what they call it in french.
Unfortunately the X-S10 seems to have a hardware failure, the back dial just stops working after 3 to 5 minutes. Will send the body back monday and ask for a replace.
But.... also related to the X-S10, because You seem to be familiar with this body (or maybe anyone else here)....
I have (yet) only one lens, the 18-55 (other lenses are incoming), that came as a set with the X-E3. OIS works on the lens on the E3 and E4. Also on the S-10, BUT.... when I switch off the lens-IS, the is no in-body IS. And yes, it is activated in the settings, according to the manual. I see in the finder (even if lens-IS is activated) the shaky-hand-symbol crossed out. So here I am a little bit uncertain - is it due to an error of the hardware ("dead" back dial) or is it to be expected. It simply does not make sense, I would like to switch between in-body IS and lens-IS, as offered by Olympus, when used with Panasonic IS-lenses.
Thank You

Thank You, unfortunately the rear dial works only for less then 10 minutes. Sending the body back and asking for a new one. For the time it works it does what it schould, but not permanently. Problem localized and solved.

I think adjusting “Color” in the IQ Menu is the same as Saturation.

I would wait until you get your replacement camera before worrying about anything else as your original one could be defective in other areas. Your English is very good, so don't worry about that, they say it's a difficult language to learn, l'm not sure about that, l was speaking it at 18 months 😉

All FujiFilm X series cameras with IBIS work the same way - if the lens has OIS you either get OIS + IBIS or nothing. When you switch off the lens OIS you are turning off all IS.
