Color calibrating screen

Does anyone know if it is possible to color calibrate the screen on an android device?  I know there are preset options (vivid, natural, etc), and you have a slider to make the screen warmer or cooler.  That's not what I'm asking about.
Our phones have really good screens, and apps like snapseed do a good job with quick edits, and editing on the go.  However I want to know that my android screen is accurate.  I have a datacolor Spyderx pro that I use for calibrating my monitor.  Is there a way to use it with a mobile or tablet?

Hmm.  Did not find that in my google search.

I'll check out the apps they mention.
Thanks.
