T7i: switching back and forth between single and bracketed

When shooting with a T7i, how can I quickly switch between shooting in single shot mode and shooting with bracketed exposures? I have figured out how to set up the latter, but I can't figure out how to turn it off and then return to it.

In the Q menu, go to the exposure compensation.  Then you can bracket it or reverse it by moving the wheel at the top right hand side of the camera.  It's the wheel right next to the shutter button.  Does that help?

Just to note, Digramme is right, but also you do have to actually click on EC first.
