Weird artifacts in my video, shooting with T4i

Any idea why I get glitches in my video that look like the image I attached? Using a canon T4i in 1080p 30fps

The glitch last for about half a second, the glitch appears about once every 15 minutes of recording. it does not have to do with heat because it happens in early stages of recording as well.

I am using a sandisk extreme 32GB 45MB/s card, from what I have read online it appears this card should be plenty adequate for the job so I'm kind of stumped

Canon EOS Rebel T4i (EOS 650D / EOS Kiss X6i)

My guess is that the buffer fills up faster than the save to the card.  Try posting on the Digital Video Talk forum to see anyone their can help.

How long are the videos you shoot?

My t3i only lets me shoot around 20 mins of video before it automatically stops recording.

Not sure what is wrong - my advice is to take it to your nearest camera store to have a look at it. IMHO.
