Waiting for mine to arrive, did you get yours yet?

It's close to a month now since I ordered mine.

Has it arrived ?, Any good ?, I'm considering ordering one despite delays. the web site mentions new production facilities to speed things up

Jim

I ended up cancelling my order as I had gotten frustrated with the lack of response to my emails, the fact that the website had information which indicated my order should have been sent two weeks prior etc.

It had been over 5 weeks since I ordered when I cancelled. The expected production time when I ordered was 2 weeks, After 4 weeks, I was told in an email that it would be shipped the next day.

Eight days later it still hadn't been shipped and I was told "I'm really sorry. I know this is taking too long. There is a mess and we don't have time to produce at all. We are waiting for new production premises.".  I cancelled my order because in the meantime, I had already taken the trip on which I was really looking forward to comparing it to my other diffusor, plus the frustration of the whole experience was such that it wasn't worth it for me.

They were really nice when they answered an email.  So, I might give them another chance in the future if they are still in business.

In you are in Germany, you might want to consider Bones & Spiders, too:

No problems with shipping, and I'm sure the creator will be easier to reach for questions.

My wife is Swabian....not sure if I can convince her that I really need some more crazy looking foto stuff for 149€....😂.  But I will keep it in mind.  Thanks for the tip.

sorry to hear that, this was one i'd almost pressed the order button on but decided to wait till early next year (spring and bugs and probably GAS are 6 months away). In the meantime after looking at all the pro diffusers I've decided to try and build one, so far I have the front shape worked out, I also liked the interior focussing assist light from the german diffuser and you can get that on amazon for £30ish (doesnt have the external battery pack but should be good for an hour on its own usb charge)

hope your trip was good
