Interesting. Still getting posts that don't recognize the initial post as a parody.

What a stupid post.

You're quite right. Considering the imaginative depth of stupidity, it might have occured to you it is a parody.

It was meant to be, it's called a parody. Here's the post and the ensuing commentary that followed that inspired it:

Re: Serious complaint

It's easy to understand why some don't see the parody if they live in the USA and consume any amount of media junk.  Our government and "news" outlets are now producing nothing BUT parody yet calling it "reporting."  We have lost sight of what is true, what is false, and what is satire.  We simply can't tell anymore because we are buried under an avalanche of complete bull manure.

Sadly, I'm not joking.

it's not the camera, it's the photographer.

You meant the previous government, didn't you?

If you really did get it, and were pretending, then kudos to you! If you're now trying to cover your tracks ("I meant to do that"), well, that's understandable. In any case, it gave me the excuse to find that Jon Stewart GIF, so I thank you for that.

The fact you would go to such a small trouble (shoot first) makes me wonder about your intentions, but not enough to ask. Having reflected on your pains to seek validation I really would not wish to provide you with another platform where you can marvel at yourself and let others know in long winded self justification why you do what you do.

You may be a talented individual but it’s ugly to be in a hurry to judge and ridicule others on nothing better that your own bias on how you chose to read things .

Right, so you didn't get it. That's OK.

I started reading "A Tale of Two Cities", and got to "It was the best of times, it was the worst of times", then I saw how many pages I had left so I stopped reading. I can confidently say it was a terrible book. I mean, how could it be both the best and worst of times? Doesn't make any sense.
