I really love to see how plants use color and shape and how the sexy bits of the plant are arranged.  You have used the depth of field very well.  The fly is a bonus.  I often don't see stuff like that till I am at the computer.  It is a bit upsetting for me.

I find that hairy plants look much better in a photo than when I see the plant.

Nicely done shot of a plant that's not always easy to photograph.  Was this a specimen planted in your garden, or one that self sowed, so to speak?

Very attractive composition. I see and photograph this plant a lot in the Sequoia National Forest, California. A real beauty.

Same here, almost daily!

Years ago I started carrying a small loupe in my bag to view details of the plants.
