Which AF setting is best for most landscaping scenes

Which one of the 7 AF point is best for a 7dII, especially for landscape shooting?

If you must use AF then center point is usually easiest, if it's a conventional landscape where you want maximum sharpness to infinity then focus at about a third of the way into the scene and use a mid to small aperture (f8 to f16). If you have something very close to you in the scene then you may need to focus closer to yourself.

Which focus point you use is not really that important, it is more about where you focus and what aperture you use. It is very unlikely that you will ever need to focus at infinity.

this will give you some idea of the distance you need to focus at for your lens.

as mentioned, i'd definitely use center point focus with f6-10 aperture. i use infinity focus in most cases and happy with it, but whatever works for you.
