Joy Stick not working

The Joy stick on my D850 is no longer moving the focus point.  I have it set for single point autofocus.  When I press it, it still illuminates the focus point but I can no longer move the focus point.

Is there any setting that I might have inadvertently changed that is causing this?

Any suggestion on something I can try to fix this?

If I must send it to Nikon for repairs, is there any preventative maintenance that I should have done at the same time?  I have ~61K exposures on the camera,

Thanks

Maybe this switch is on "L?"

Re: Joy Stick not working

Had these symptoms on my D750, turned out this was the cause. Had been tearing my hair our, resetting, taking battery out, whatever! Woops!

Hope it's this anyway.

If it’s not the switch on lock and you do send the camera to Nikon for repair, they’ll check it out thoroughly and will look like a new camera when you get it back.
