Mobile/Photography DAM workflow

Hi,
I'm posting this under Android, because I suppose any suggestions may be related to the OS I'm using, but the question is certainly broader than that.

It's about a workable photography workflow and tools that may aid it.
Currently, all my photos taken on my Huawwi p30 pro are

1) uploaded to OneDrive,
2) then downloaded on my Windows 10 machine,
3) where I use Lightroom Classic to tag them, including faces, and adjust them,
4) save meta data into files/sidecar files
5) sort them into folders on OneDrive, and copy them to an external hard drive as a backup,
6) and finall upload them to flickr.com (private and public).
Most of the workflow is done manually, and I'm wondering if there's tools that may help with automization.
For example, the phone gallery is doing a facial recognition, but it's impossible to save these tags as XMP so Lightroom could use them. Using the phone for facial tagging prior to uploading to OneDrive would alleviate the workload in Lightroom substancially.
So my first question is this: Are you aware of any tool/phone gallery that can do facial recognition and store the tags as XMP in the file on the phone? I couldn't find any.
My second question relates to the backup file structure - is there any tool that would allow the tracking of multiple output files from lightroom? That would keep track of copies of a file in a) one drive, b) a backup loaction, c) flickr, and would be able to automatically adjust, say, metadata upon saving it in a Lightroom gallery.
I am aware of a Lightroom export plugin for flickr that can keep track of new file pairs but only with respect to flickr exports. I am also aware of a service/software called mylio that suggests the ability to mirror image repositories between multiple devices.
None of those solutions are ideal in my case, so I'm wondering if there are other options to continuing to do this mostly manually.
Thanks for any suggestion!
T-

All I can offer is my own workflow and you can decide if the plan and tools are for you.

Workflow:

  • Take photos with Mi10Ultra - auto uploaded to Google Photos as High Res Backup
  • Review/Cull/Download Images using Photo Mechanic and move to Hard Drive
  • Load Images into Capture One and process to JPG's
  • Import Images into IMatch (DAM) and keyword, rate, face detect, auto keyword, Reverse Geocode.
  • Upload to online galleries via DAM and enjoy!
