Re: Assorted images

Thank you Barnyz for the compliment but I feel I should mention the leading line in the image is actually a foot trail of beach sand. All the best, john

Re: 10mm UWA Landscapes

A very nice use of 10mm with something of interest in the foreground. This is my favorite way of using UW.

Some shots from my forested area walk

A little late due to PP.

Quite alot of frontal obstacles for this shot.  It is staring straight at my camera.

Crop for a closer look.

Thank you for viewing.  Cheers.

Some initial test shots with my new Sony 50mm F1.2 GM

My initial impression is that this is some very nice glass and I'm looking forward to really testing and using this lens.

Very nice image.  At 10 x the FL  (FL 481mm - SS 1/5000), really freeze the motion.  Well done.  Cheers.

Ha so it is. The light is so eye catching that it draws the eye into the image quickly and holds it there in a mesmerising way

Lovely series. I particularly like the third one. It has a certain abstract quality to it.

Cheers

I really like your composition on this image.  Is that a freight train going by in the background?  I can almost hear the clickity clack of the tracks.

What a funny picture.  It does make you wonder what he's going to do with the big thing.  Very nice.

Re: WV Waterfall

Yeah I got really lucky...found the waterfall on Google Maps but had no idea the train was going to be there. It was a struggle to get both in frame so your compliment means a lot!
