If that had been shot on a plain DP1M it would be good without the aid of any iPhone "imager". As it is ...

oh i got it on the dp1m. but have to process it to lift the balance between the areas. the iphone does a tremendous job capturing the dynamic range instantly which on top of that is very large …..

Beautiful country.  Great dynamic range but IMHO the image is soft, especially the trees.  In a way I'm relieved, it proves all our gear really does improve image quality.

You know I'm a software guy, all of this stuff could be done in post, I see a lot of SW manufacturers adding AI to their products, I believe it is a matter it is time before things like this will be available in post.

i know it can be done in post. and i will show the result of that soon. just would be nice to have the instant view of perfectly balanced dynamic range that the iphone 12 pro gets you ….
