HDR in IOS camera app

Can the range of exposures taken in the hdr setting of the camera app be adjusted? It seems to be too mild in my experience.

As in increase the HDR effect? No afraid not.

A tip would be to focus on the brightest part of the image, which will force the camera to expose for that and it'll be default try and protect the shadows too.

This is only a problem on non HDR monitors.

Once you view your HDR photos on HDR devices such as the new MiniLED iPad Pro 12.9 you will notice, that the HDR redering from Apples latest iPhones is absolutely stunning.
