16-80 on X-E1-4 unbalanced?

Anyone using the 16-80 on an X-E series camera?

I generally shoot landscape and use an X-T3 with 10-24 / 16-55 / 50-140 and the 33 f1.4.

But with my X-E3 as my daily camera, only the 35 f1.4 feels reasonable on the body and I've used the 18-55 and thought it felt good, but would appreciate a little more reach.

I'm interested in the 16-80 for general use but worry about the lens weight.

Anyone use this combo and care to share?

It is certainly more substantial than the 18-55. You’ll probably want a grip accessory to take away some of the imbalanced feeling. But I don’t mind it on my XE4. I use a Gariz half case and it helps.

I have the 16-80 and an X-E3. It's a little front heavy but perfectly usable especially if you have a wrist or neck strap.

I use the 16-55 and 80mm on an X-E3. They balance perfectly. You put your left hand under the lens, palm up. You can manipulate the control rings too.

Just learn the craft.
