Some Straw necked Ibis visited today. They tend to spook easily.

I really love the iridescent sheen in the dark feathers.  I think about 30 to 40 meters is the closest I have ever been to one.  On the other hand, I have had the white ibis walk up and stick it's beak in my face as I was taking a picture of some flowers.  That was a shock.

Thanks for the comments. Hopefully as the weather warms up and the berries appear on the trees the birds will show up.
