Those look very good. I just got my EF-M 55-200mm lens more than a week ago. I puchased a nice hood for it too. I've only been able to try it out a few times. I've been real happy with the performance and the size and weight.

I read there's two third party EF-M 300mm FL lenses available (fixed focal length). I also read that Canon is rumored to have designed an EF-M 100-300mm lens too. But that's strictly a rumor unless someone knows more about it that they could share with us.

They designed a EF-M 55-300 f/3.5-5.6 DO IS STM if my memory serves me; patent for it running around somewhere.

Small, light, reach. Diffractive optics would have made this bugger tiny. Being APS-C, would’ve been light.

It’s a dream now. Years old patent before RF was a whisper.

I think there’s more hope for the M5 II than more EF-M glass. That’s not very optimistic to put mildly.

Best bet? Adapt a 55-250 or 70-300 on an M6 II, be happy.

I was REALLY impressed with the 55-200 on my M6 II. If you treat it well, it’ll sing. Even if you don’t, it will

Here's a recent photo I got from my Canon EF-M 55-200mm lens (also at 200mm FL).
