The cheapest option is an add on close up lens that may fit one of your existing lenses.

There are several macro lens choices with auto focus support from Panasonic and Olympus. I think the Oly 35 f/3.5 macro is typically the least expensive.

I have the Olympus and it is pretty good. However, I noticed on the faster Panasonic 50mm macro was on sale ($100 off) at B&H and probably other retailers, so it costs the same at least while the sale is on.

Cheapest is an adapted manual focus vintage 50ish mm macro. Adapters are about $20, and the lenses range from about $30-100, depending on what brand you get. I have a 45 year old Nikon that cost about $50, and is still an exceptional lens.

If you want autofocus, either the Panasonic or Olympus 30mn macros are excellent.

I don't think the G7 has IBIS, so you probably want the Panasonic versions with IS in the lens.

Based on your previous post, the 30mm f/2.8 would be a good fit for your nature close-ups, but 30mm is too short for insects. I don't think I've ever reached true 1:1 in real world outdoors, but it's nice for flowers and similar subjects that are normally 1:2.
