Hello!

I got a Canon EOS EF M 200 and i wonder if there is a external power source for this camera? I was thinking to do some video shooting so i think i should have extra juice.

The official Canon one is called ACK-E12 I think, but it's overpriced and apparently unavailable. If you search for 'm200 usb power adapter' or similar you should be able to find a bunch of reasonably priced third party ones. Just make sure it's one marked for use with EOS M, because the SL1 uses the same battery but needs a different adapter for external power.

I got this one for my M100 (same battery) - https://smile.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07F6DNLWH - but it now shows as not available. There will be loads of similar ones through, the only thing to check is it it is USB (most of them) or a barrel connector with external PSU, which is not worth the effort.

Note the confusing cable entry point on the M100 (and I assume M200) under the slider for the battery compartment.

I have a mains powered dummy battery that I used for a timelapse project at home.

AC Adapter Kit ACK-E12 + DC Coupler

Cheaper than OEM and does the job.

You can also get the USB powered version, if you need it to be portable.

If you are not doing continuous video and are moving around, I think extra battery packs would be better and just swap them out between shots.

I got a kiwifotos lens adapter today but the camera doesn’t work. The camera start but the AF and the shutter don’t work.

You have two different issues.

First, there is no adapter made that will allow autofocus of Nikon lenses on a Canon M system body.  All Nikon F to EOS M are manual focus only.

Second, you need to go into the custom settings on the camera and enable "release shutter without lens attached".  By default, your camera will not allow the shutter to fire if no lens is detected.  If you don't see this custom setting in the menus, you will need to set your camera to P, Av, or Tv mode first.

The ACK-E12 is a kit, which includes the CA-PS700, which is in stock from Canon Direct (USA), https://shop.usa.canon.com/shop/en/catalog/compact-power-adapter-ca-ps700 . Yes, it's over-priced, but you're confident the barrel connector will fit.

Same deal with the RP. The RP dummy battery has a cord attached to it, which interferes with the EOS M's battery latch.
