It's just some glass, some silicon and magnesium. It isn't a religion.

Very nice and great colors. The Beercan does a fantastic job with detail. That looks to be a very big tree.

I lost out on an auction this week for a 7D and two DT lenses by $4. Just my luck.

I noticed on your site you just got a Canon AF35ML. I was surprised to find one two years ago at a resale store for $3. It's in excellent condition. I have only ran one roll of film in it so far but need to take it back out. All I had at the time was an expired roll of Kodak GT 800. At least I was able to tell if it worked.

The beercan is great and you just can't seem to kill it.
I put it on a sony a700 a couple days ago, and for some reason (booze...) it felt on the ground, like 3 ft.
The sony is dead, its mount destroyed. The beercan has not even a dent and still works perfectly.
It's one of my favorite lenses, stop it down to F6.3 to get rid of most of the annoying CA and get best sharpness, stop it down to F8 and forget it: it's just great. I think it's the oldest lens I have. I might have bought it in 88.
The little canon is a fun small camera. I already disconnected the annoying buzzer.

Fantastic and well done, it’s a wonderful image.

How many pictures did you stitch?

What software did you use?

oh sorry i should have posted those informations.
It's made out of 74 photos, stitched and aligned in an old software I bought a long time ago, I think it's actually dead for quite some time: giga autopano

Thanks for the answer.

A serious number of pictures but the result is magnificent. Gigapano is still a good tool, but I switched a fez years ago to PtGui Pro because of the Sony raw format images..

I don't do enough panos to justify buying another software. I heard PTgui is excellent tough.

I believe it wouldn’t make a better image with another software, I mostly post process PTgui panos in PS or Luminar.
