Do you mean what setting are recommended for taking a perfect picture of another black and white photograph? I'm not familiar with that lens. Try ISO100 to ISO400, 1/60th to 1/200th shutter speeds at different apertures. Review them to see what looks best for you. Make sure you have good lighting and you keep the camera & lens steady.

Whatever you are photographing if you want to get a decent monochrome photo with a digital camera then you need to shoot in raw so that you have complete control over levels and contrast during processing. You will be unlikely to get satisfactory results if you shoot jpg and use in camera processing.
