I am looking to buy a Fuji X100V. The price of the camera has gone up since my x100s so was looking at the best prices. I have seen the x100v for approximately £270 cheaper at Cotworld Cameras. I know it is a grey import and delivery time is longer than from a uk retailer.
I would consider a uk retailer but cannot find any voucher codes for any discounts.
Any advice or help would be appreciated. Thanks

I've not used Cotswold Cameras but if I were you I'd take a look at Panamoz. I bought my x100v from there for £1010 (it's £1040 on the website but if you email customer service asking for a discount they refund £30). It's grey market like Cotswold Cameras but the camera arrived in 6 days from Hong Kong, brand new in box, no complaints. They also provide a 3 year warranty.

Yes, I recently used them for a pricey RF lens. I was a little concerned (as you obviously are / were)... but needn't worry. Service was spot on and flawless.

I had no reason to contact customer service - it just came on time, I was charged the right about etc. The only slight worry is lack of "paperwork/evidence" for the warrantee, but they have my order on electronic account so I'm not worried.

This said, I'll contact them and see if there's anything I should have, and let you know how it goes.

Bottom line though, I'd definitely use them again, the lens was > £500 less that the Canon "Rip-off UK" price, just for a boat ride from HK.
