Ordered S21ULTRA didn't get what I ordered

Last Friday ordered the 256 GB black through Spectrum Mobile, recieved it last night, set it all up and this morning I noticed that I was sent the 128 GB.  I specifically told the Sales Rep that I wanted the 256 GB, we finalized the sale and the lady never mentioned that I wasn't getting this phone.  Afterwards I signed online order and thought I reviewed it properly but unfortunately I didn't.  I had spent 2 weeks trying to get the 256 GB and was happy that it went through.  This is the 3rd time that Spectrum sales has screwed things up for me.  And since I signed the email to close the sale then I haven't a leg to stand on.  Any suggestions?

Go home and beat the dog.

Many years ago I bought a secondhand Canon with 50mm 1.4 lens. Price agreed, paid cash - they said they'd put it in the case for me.

Got home - found they had switched the 1.4 lens for a 1.8.   Grrrrrrr

Their website doesn't even give the option for 256GB on that phone.  128 GB is the only option.

Sounds like you got what you ordered, you just didn’t make sure the order was what you wanted!

Ok, so it’s your mistake for not verifying the order
