Problems with Lightroom Mobile Auto Import on Android

Hi!

I'll try to keep this short, but it ain't fully easy:

On my Sony A7III I have a FTP-client.

On my Android (Asus Zenfone, Android 9) mobile I have a FTP-server.

I send RAW images from the camera to the mobile, works fine, they end up in the correct folder, called Download.

In the Lightroom mobile app on the smartphone I have set it up to Auto Import from the Download folder.

That doesn't work. It never picks the images up.

But if I start the "Files" (file manager) app, move a RAW-file out from Download and then in again, it suddenly works for that file.

So for some reason, when the FTP-server app places the RAW-images in the Download folder then Lightroom doesn't see that it has arrived.

But if the Files app places the RAW-images there it suddenly sees them and imports them automatically.

What can be the difference? Is there some sort of internal "signalling" between apps when files are created in a folder and the FTP-server app fails to do that?

I've tried 3 different FTP-server apps, none made any difference.

Thanks for the help!
