Canon Rebel SL2

Hey all,

i’m hoping to get a little bit of help. I’ve been scouring the Internet for an answer and I can’t seem to find anything. Y’all are my last hope, before I take it to a repair shop. My question is in regards to my display screen. When I try to view my photos in large format, the touchscreen constantly goes back to the very tiny picture preview and will not enlarge. Even when I try to swipe left or right it reverts back to the smallest picture preview avail. Is that some thing I can fix on my own, or does it need to be taken in to get looked at? Any advice would be really helpful. Thank you!

Should be easy...

Do this:

Put your thumb and first finger together.

Touch the screen and pull them apart quickly while swiping the screen. This is the opposite of a pinch.

The display should reduce the number of images and make them larger.

Keep doing this until you get a full screen image. The swipe left and right should now advance forward or backwards through the images.

This is a feature to help you find a particular image quickly to view.

Hope this helps.

If you don't have a user's manual you should go to the Canon website and download one in pdf format. I keep one on my desktop, laptop and phone.

Glenn
