Very cheap, genuine BLG-10E batteries on Panasonic UK
4

Just bought two BLG-10Es for my Panasonic GX7 for £1.99 each from the Panasonic UK store.

They're normally £51.99 but if you search for BLG-10 rather than BLG-10E on their shop they're £1.99 each with free postage. The batteries that arrive are actually BLG-10E.

Here's the link: https://panasonicdirect.store.panasonic.co.uk/p-6897-panasonic-dmw-blg10-dmw-blg10-rechargeable-battery-pack.aspx?psn=2

They corrected it half an hour later!

That was quick.

Still showing 1.99 but when you go to basket it is 51.99.

Odd - only a few minutes ago it was still valid - this is from my own order confirmation, but with a rather strange time?

EDIT to add.... And, in the time it took to write the above, I've also now had email confirmations of both orders

But I do see that the link from the OP's first post is now dead, so it was probably an error!

I got two for my GX9 and have had email and text confirmation for the order at £3.98

Probably get a knock back saying they were incorrectly priced, but it was worth a shot so thanks to the OP.

Check your bank/card account. If they take the money then the contract exists and they can't back out. But they can until they take the payment.

It's now back to the ridiculous price of £51.99.

So far -------->

....So good ...... They`ve taken the money (£3.98) from PayPal but it always takes time for PP to take the money from the bank

I can`t see that it was just a few of us on this actual thread who bought them  - Maybe they had a massive overstock of these batteries and needed to clear them fast ? ..

With free DHL delivery thrown in (mine due to arrive on Monday), not a particularly cheap way to liberate some space in the warehouse?

Dunno - could be down to age of the stock and laws regarding lithium ion batteries ? (the Post office in the UK almost see them as incendiary devices ! )  or something like that.

There`s  E&OE "errors and omissions exempt" which was invented as a get out for such website  errors , I`d have thought we`d have been refunded by now if it was an error . anyway we`ll know soon

Re: So far -------->

No shipping confirmation yet , but taken from my credit card. We shall see, no worse off whatever happens.

Sometimes get lucky with these mispriced items so always worth a punt if you actually want them. Too often people get greedy and if its picked up by Hotdeals you might as well forget it.

Yup - a few of us only ordered two each by the looks of it so unless there were hundreds of orders from elsewhere (likely other forums)  , they picked up on it pretty fast .

This is not true in the US at least. They can always refund you in full any time before you receive the product. Of course after you receive it, they can't take it back.

And as another put it, most websites have a disclaimer about price errors.

Still heard nothing

As of today the money has been taken, but no word on order status or delivery.

Anyone else got news?

Notification by txt this morning - they'll be delivering the batteries by 11.20...

The eyecup is apparently coming separately, by UK Mail.

Despite the combined cost being only £22, both packages need to be signed for!

Did you give them a mobile phone number?

For the batteries, all the DHL delivery notifications have come by text message to my phone - rather than in emails!
