A few shots from Sigma 56 + M6 in a studio (natural light only)
17

Hello everyone!

We went to a studio with a professional photographer to make photos of the entire family.

While entertaining my son and staying out of the way of the photographer, I took a few shots myself.

3 out of 4 shots below are at iso 3200. I am pretty happy with the results for a small and relatevely inexpensive setup like sigma 56 + m6. Also the fact that I do not need to carry a bag with a full frame camera and ff glass anymore ))

Anyway I thought I'd share a few pics.

My son. Age 1y 9m

Thinking about his next best shot ))

Waitng for the next photo trip

Pretty handsome Fella! Nice shots.

I rented the 56mm and used it on my M50 it's an amazing lens for the money. I haven't purchased one yet but it's on my list. I found it to very sharp, almost to sharp. πŸ˜€

Thank!

Regarding the sigma 56 being too sharp... I'd say that Canon sharpenning is a bit too harsh... So I add very little sharpness in DPP and the process in PS to my taste with the 'hipass+curves' trick.

The lens itself is just right.

Take care!

That Siggy is wonderful. Β It helps to have a great model though! Β

Happy shooting!
