E-P5 dials repairable?

E-P5 dials, well-known defect, have partially stopped working on my camera.

Is this fixable by me or a technician? Would it be expensive?

Thanks

Happened to me with #1 E-P5 where the dials went downhill to zero during a 6 week holiday. The workaround was to use the camera like an E-PL1.

Luckily fixed for free under warranty. The #2 E-P5 never had any problems at all.

The internal top circuit board is replaced. Cost unknown but maybe falls into the fixed price repair type. Best to email some repair places as the independents may price things differently to official Olympus repairers.

The E-P5 top cover assembly was available on Aliexpress for about $55.

My E-P5 front dial is temperamental but I've left it as it's not a big deal and I can probably buy another E-P5 cheaper than it costs to repair it.
