Canon eos 200d - speedlite options

Hello people,

I'm looking into buying a speedlite for product photography. I have currently 2 softboxes with 140w lights attached in each, and a relatively small setup with a transparent acrylic, dark room and white background.

I tried reading a little bit deeper into the options, but I get lost very quickly and am never sure what exactly I'm looking for when it comes to specs.

What I do know is that the best option would be a wireless flash - one that doesn't need to be attached to the camera for it to shoot (I think that was called radio control). I'd like to be able to move it around, take different exposure shots and adjust them in post.

Of course, a speedlite that can be mounted in an umbrella or softbox is a plus, making the flash usable for portrait photography as well.

The camera I'm using is Canon eos 200d MK1, I think there is a difference between MK1 and MK2 in the hotshoe.

Relatively speaking, the more budget-friendly, the better, but top would be (and I expect it to be around that range) 250$.

I'm looking forward to your suggestions, and thank you very much in advance!

I would ask that question in the Studio and Lighting forum if I were you.

Regards,
There is always something to shoot/snap, you just have to know how to do it and have the right gear.
