One from the wetlands off the Hammond River, N.B.

This is a composite of a starlit sky and a misty morning river scene. I processed in PS and Lightroom and came up with the mood of an early, wet morning just after sunrise.

Thank you. I played with the processing and found that a last second change to clarity gave the image the mood I was looking for.

IMO, it is "almost there". There is the gray featureless band behind the trees that looks like a transition zone between earth and sky that went wrong? Also, one would expect to see the reflection of the sky in the water.

Mind you, I have no suggestion how to improve on those, since montages are not my cup of tea.

I believe the transition zone you speak of is the actual tree line in the distance. Good point on the reflection of the sky not being present. I suppose I could have attempted to have the stars reflected in the water but went with the look before you. I might give the reflection a go and compare the two. Thanks. Don
