Reed Warbler, Acrocephalus scirpaceus

One of the secretive warblers, the Reed Warbler, Acrocephalus scirpaceus is often heard but seldom seen and even then fleetingly. This one was reasonable happy to have its photo taken.

Great job.  I have some idea how hard it is to get focus right with all the reeds around.
