Posthumous Tribute
2

This is not really a review but a tribute to the EOS 350D. I bought this camera in mid 2005 and has been my only camera until late 2020. Yes, I had the camera for a little over 15 years. It has been working flawlessly all this time. The camera was very sturdy and robust. It has suffered multiple falls and impacts, the most traumatic, a 2 meter fall onto a rock that produced a small crack in the screen, but both the screen and the camera continued working flawlessly for many years. It has never let me down, cold or heat, never failed to properly work a single time (other than the few times I forgot to charge battery, of course ;-)).

After so many years I decided it was time to upgrade to something more modern and while I'm waiting for my new EOS RP to arrive I though that the venerable EOS 350D deserved a tribute for its invaluable service.

Let her rest in peace.
