Setup a photo center at a tourist attraction

I'm very new to photography, I'm more of a network and computer programming guy. I've been tasked with helping a tourist attraction to setup a system where photographers can roam the grounds taking pictures of the guests and they'll be sent to a central location. The guests can then see them on a monitor where they can choose which ones to buy. If you've ever been to Disney or Universal, it's exactly what we are going for. Is there any info that anyone could give to point me in the right direction?

Thanks!
