Olympus E-M1.1 fps drops while autofocus

Hi everyone!

I use my E-M1.1 with MZD 45mm f1.8, and I noticed, that in low ligt situations, when I half press shoot button and AF-C starts, fps in EVF or display drops very dramatically.

This issue apperars only in AF-C and AF-C+TR mode. In Mmanual, or AF-S mode all works perfectly.

I read old threads about same problem and firmware update helped in them. I try to update FW from 4.5 to 4.6 and tat not helped for me, also as a hard reset.

Have you any tips?

Thank you.

What is your live view boost setting? If on, try turning it off and see whether that changes the response.

Cheers,

Rick

I turn off all cases of LV boost, also set refresh rate to high and it doesn't work. Focus peaking turned off also.

When I set frame rate to high from normal, in dim light on the MK2 it makes the viewfinder very dim and virtually stops autofocussing
