Gimbal for aquarium videos

I shoot aquarium videos on my mobile Galaxy S8. I need something for stabilization and panning shots. Should I buy a gimbal or tripod? I already own Manfrotto Befree but it is with Photo head. If a gimbal which one is best in the business?

recently bought a miniso wide + macro smartphone lens.

Perhaps a radar fish tracker?

Sorry for the poor humor. I'll show myself out. Good luck!

Maybe if you were more specific. Taking videos outside a home aquarium (if so, what size), as a visitor in a public aquarium, or as a swimmer inside a big aquarium?
