Saving RAW editing in phone for further processing

With any of the android editors that are able to do RAW editing, is there a way to save it as a TIFF so that it can be taken out of the phone with the edits saved and then put it on a computer to continue editing?

Snapseed looks does not look like it does this.

Photo Mate R3 exports to TIFF, with selection of sizes to "maximum" - not sure if that's lossless. I haven't personally part-processed as you describe, normally either on phone or on PC. Photo Mate is pretty powerful overall. (Free version is worth tring, but features are limited and ads are intrusive.)

Not sure but no surprise if Lightroom, Photoshop or other apps save TIFF.

Virtually all professional grade apps like Photoshop and Lightroom optionally save or export to tiff.
