Got my RF 35mm F1.8 today - few random test shots

The courier company dropped a pleasant surprise today - a package containing my 35mm F1.8, which I wasn't expecting before Monday.

Here are a few random shots taken in my garden today evening:

Taken at ISO 12800

Lovely shots! I've had the RF 35 for about two months and it has very quickly become my favorite lens. Glad to see others enjoying it as well!

Thanks, the 35mm has become my favourite RF lens as well. The 35mm focal length is very versatile in itself (probably my most widely used focal length) and combined with the light weight, excellent sharpness, great bokeh and 1:2 macro capabilities of the RF35mm, the lens becomes even more useful and versatile.

Despite the overlap the RF 35mm has with my 28-70L zoom, the RF 35 due to it's weight and macro capabilities, make it a keeper. To your point, it's a do everything sort of lens, indoors anyways.

Outdoors you need reach. I pair the RF 35 with the RF 24-240, with the former doing indoors/low light and the latter doing outdoors/daytime.
