Better times

Last time out with the A200 I encountered a full-on English summer day – grey skies and drizzle. Not what I really wanted.

Today, things were much better. I had the sun, and some interesting skies.

The way ahead

A new vista

Fields of gold

Into the woods

At the risk of sounding like a Konica Minolta salesman, the A200 really is an ideal walkaround camera, with the fast zoom lens, stabilization, EVF and articulated screen. OK, it doesn't guarantee great photos, but it makes it easy to take them.

Re: Better times

Thanks for sharing these really nice shots. I'm glad you had better weather to shoot in. I like all 4 but the 2nd one is my favorite. The field and sky are great.

Keep shooting and sharing. There's not that many of us here and we could use a little encouragement to get out and shoot these beloved KMs. My A2 and A200 batts are charged, I'm just waiting (like you) for a little sunshine. I also have a 7i on the way so I'm excited about that.

I noticed your post got tagged with Sony Alpha A200. Well, at least it is sort of in the same family.
