Assuming your operating system is Windows, you should see the DCIM folder like any other folder on your computer, just copy the whole folder to your PC.

Thanks,  but I can't figure out how to copy images from cell phone 'Gallery' to anywhere. (I usually want to upload about 100 at a time), Where do I find 'DCIM' from WSindows 10?

Just connect your device to the PC.

You will be asked in the phone if you want to just charge or transfer files.

Choose to transfer files.

Then you will have the phone acting like a flash drive (you will see it as a drive in your file explorer).

Just open it like you would open a flash drive to see the files. You should have a DCIM folder which holds all of your image and videos.
