I think this is THE key point for me, even by today's standards. Great stills camera, not too shabby a videos, if you want video.

..as of the video side, there is only one weakness which is unfortunately very serious for us videographers. The picture falls apart completely above 1600ISO, and that's that.

I have achieved amazing results in daylight or well litted studio shootings, the color out of those cameras are a mixture between Nikon and Canon, and in my opinion it surprasses both. But in various circumstances the codec falls apart or the shadow noise is NOT organic at all..

For photos, you do not have such problems (faster lenses, flash guns, e.t.c). Plus all the other technology that is now standard (H265, D.I.S, best handling and battey life, no overheating, very fast cpu and fast in general, 79minutes per video, e.t.c).
