Anyone using the panasonic 10-25 1.7 with em1 iii?

I am considering this combo as 1 stop solution along with the 40-150 2.8 and just wondered if anyone has similar?

Thanks

No, but I had the the G9 + PL 10-25 f/1.7 + PL 50-200 f/2.8-4. It's a pretty phenomenal two lens setup. It's expensive though, especially when you compare it to lenses like the Panasonic L 20-60.

Yes, but constant 1.7 from 20 to 50 is unique, ignoring the crop factor. Do uou still have yours?

Nope. I rationalized my Nikon Z system and m4/3 system down to Fuji X. I am very happy with a tiny system with lots of wonderful (weather sealed), fast primes and a few awesome zooms when needed.

m4/3 had the tiny primes, but few were weather sealed and even fewer were f1/.4. Nikon had awesome weather sealed primes, but they were enormous. Fuji X (X-T30 or X-Pro 2 when I need sealing) is the happy medium.

As awesome as the G9 + two PL lenses were, it was just way too much size and mass for tucking into my bag with my laptop, books, etc.

Here's a guy from Germany that uses that combo:

Thanks,

Thinking about it I might as well go FF,  FF provides me with f4 constant at a similar weight and more range if not quite as wide.

BIngo. Once you start chasing light, m4/3 loses.

If you don’t even own the camera already it’s a slighty odd combo. Why not invest in the Panasonic g9 instead?
