EOS M6 + EF-M 32mm lens - Panoramic sunset from a rooftop carpark (4x images).

Not a lot of photography over the last few months. I've been in lock-down since late March but just as they let us out to play again, a bunch of clowns have spread that Pandemic around again so now they're locking down 5 million people below the border and the evidence is that thousands fled to my state before the lock-down came into effect. Not to mention all the interstate truck drivers and interstate tourists who are likely contagious. But for just a few weeks, we had enough freedom to get about. I had lunch in a restaurant last week that opened for the first time in almost 5 months. That was nice. I only had a burger but it tasted fantastic. You learn to appreciate life more with these little moments... if the isolation didn't trigger depression. Those of us with a camera were able to capture some of the things we've seen or done lately.

I'm probably repeating myself here but the EOS M cameras deliver everything I need with few exceptions. There's little they can't do unless you're a specialist photographer with extreme needs. I'm constantly impressed with the image quality from them, especially recent models since the DPAF sensors were released.
.
Here's some of the JPEG images from my EOS M6 taken in recent days/weeks. Some have been edited in Lightroom but not all of these images required tweaking. Most of the pictures were taken with the EF-M 32mm f/1.4 STM lens. I'm a sucker for Shallow Depth of Field so I enjoy using this lens for a lot of different things and in many instances it's more convenient than a Full Frame camera with an f/1.2 lens. I have a few extra images so I'll post the second set after these ones in a followup below. For the photographs of the perfume bottle, I shot it on the slide-out keyboard tray on my computer desk the night before last. I put the camera on a tripod and illuminated the perfume bottle with an LED flashlight from a few different angles until I got what I wanted. I was after something contrasted. It smells fantastic and is considered a unisex scent. I bought it for myself but my wife has been guilt-tripping me to get me to relinquish it for her birthday this coming weekend. It has the squeeze bulb atomizer on the bottle so I don't mind giving it up.
.
I hope the rest of you are capturing your special moments with your cameras of choice. If you have any favorites from your EOS M lockdown pictures (or post-lockdown moments), feel free to post them here.
