... but recently he created at least 4 new accounts  and plays his stupid game again.

He entered this challenge :

https://www.dpreview.com/challenges/Challenge.aspx?ID=14383

... with these 4 accounts :

https://www.dpreview.com/members/9151256387/overview

Pictures in all 4 accounts were taken with the same  cameras/lenses with the exactly same camera's  body serial number and same lens serial  number .

This is the entry from the RalfsFotografieren account :

This is the entry from the GriffensGallery account :

This is the entry from the LouieE  account :

This is the entry from the CooperCamera account :

The same equipment with the same serial  numbers were used in the banned accounts

Great get tasad

I assume you have informed the admins.

Coming back with a new account after being banned is not necessarily against the rules but multiple accounts definitely is.

  1. Accounts. Each member is allowed one login account. Registering with multiple accounts is not allowed. Posting using more than one account will result in the banning of all your accounts. Creating a new user account to continue posting whilst on a temporary ban will result in a permanent ban for both the original and the new account.
  2. Returning after a permanent ban. In most cases we ban the account, not the person behind it. There is no rule that explicitly forbids you fromcreating a new user account after a permanent ban, but we have sophisticated systems that do a good job of identifying those who do return. For certain users (such as those whose bans resulted from spamming or posting offensive content), we will automatically ban your new accounts as soon as you create them. For most previously banned users, however, the new account will be treated as an opportunity for you to make a fresh start on the forums, but be aware: we'll be watching you. Any repeat of the behavior that got you banned will result in a permanent ban for your new (and any future) accounts.

I don't understand why someone goes to the trouble of creating multiple accounts, especially after previously being banned for the same thing. What pleasure would anyone get from it?

Some people must lead really sad unfulfilling lives......

No idea, who this is about, but apart from the multiaccounts, what was the issue? Did he like his own submissions with maximum ratings etc?

Public ratings on the internet are rarely any proper indicator, i find ... people just motivate their friends to vote high for them, or in case of amazon etc simply hire 500 "voters" (usually from china) to vote thigns high for small sums of money etc.

Well, the multiple accounts themselves are enough of an issue, as it is not allowed by DPR to use multiple accounts.   DPR forum rule Nr 4 :

"Each member is allowed one login account. Registering with multiple accounts is not allowed. Posting using more than one account will result in the banning of all your accounts. Creating a new user account to continue posting whilst on a temporary ban will result in a permanent ban for both the original and the new account."

With his comments  like these ...

... what do you think , who  voted  these  5 x 5 stars votes  for his "masterpiece" like , for example ,  this one ?

I call it the "Rip Van Winkle Syndrome."  Former member falls asleep, when the poor guy wakes up, someone else, has take his place.  When one opens the "profile," the journal tracks it.

Another member has that sound advice, but, as a "signature."
